I work with adults and couples navigating trauma, grief, loss, and major life transitions. My approach is collaborative, attuned, and grounded in evidence-based care. I believe healing happens by being witnessed with compassion, giving voice to our experiences, and reconnecting with parts of ourselves that may have been hidden, wounded, or silenced. My goal is for clients to leave sessions with a sense of clarity, self-trust, and resilience.
EMDR
When painful experiences continue to feel present long after they’ve happened, EMDR can help the brain process those memories so they lose their emotional intensity. This evidence-based approach is widely used to treat trauma and distressing life events, enabling clients to access traumatic memories while staying grounded in the present. The technique frequently enables trauma to be processed more quickly than more traditional forms of treatment.
Grief and Loss
Grief can feel disorienting and deeply lonely. Therapy offers a place to honor your loss while slowly finding a way to carry it forward.
Major Life Changes
Life transitions, whether chosen or unexpected, can bring uncertainty and upheaval. Therapy can provide steadiness and perspective during these moments of change.
LGBTQ+
You deserve a space where your identity is respected and your experience is understood. I offer affirming therapy for LGBTQ+ clients navigating relationships, trauma, sexual identity, and life transitions.
