Good Faith Estimate of Costs

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining the expected cost of your mental health care.

Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers are required to provide clients who are uninsured or not using insurance with an estimate of the anticipated costs of services.

At Costello Counseling PLLC, clients receiving self-pay services will be provided with a Good Faith Estimate prior to beginning treatment, or upon request.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.
